Thankfully, the city was (over)prepared this time. Schools had been closed since Tuesday morning. Parents and kids all suffered from cabin fever. (the parents mostly.... ) And while no one thought it would come any more, the snow finally showed up last night! Up to 6 inches in the Birmingham metro area. Not bad!
We were all home, safe and sound this time. No slumber parties at the Daycare.
This morning we got to play in it for about half an hour, but now all of it is gone and we'll be having up to 70 Fahrenheit in the next days. CRAZINESS!
PS In case you've missed it - my take on Part 1 of Birmingham's Snowmaggedon is here.
